Meet Susan Bernhart
How did you get involved with dog training?
Susan has been a CPDT-KA since 2014 with continuing education in canine anatomy/physiology, massage, canine sport conditioning, separation anxiety, and many courses in aggression. She has trained thousands of different breeds since 2011 in basic obedience, behavior modification, agility and aggression classes. She is an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.
Her primary interest though, is Agility. While continuing her own quest in AKC competition, she is happy to mentor your journey. While most will not go down that path, her goal is simply for both dog and handler to have fun in a game that is beneficial to both partners. The saying “Life is short spoil your dog” comes to mind. Most dogs LOVE agility. Susan’s top agility dog for the year 2011, MACH 14 Ninja was ranked #11 in AKC Masters level agility over all dog sizes in USA. Also Top Dog in Minnesota. Since then Susan has put that Master Agility Champion title on her other dogs as well as working on her two current ones
